In CHILI GraFx, we differentiate between Template Designers and End-Users. Template Designers build Design Systems in GraFx Studio; End-users use design systems to produce and order assets in Experience Portals. Unlike other solutions in the market, the number of end-users in CHILI GraFx is unlimited.

The number of Designer seats in each package is aligned to how we see clients commonly adopt CHILI GraFx and grow their practice along the way.

If you need additional Template Design seats for the work at hand, it probably means it’s time to move up to the next package. In our Premium package, you can add Designer seats if you need to grow capacity.

A single design system is capable of generating endless assets (“renders”) across print, digital and animated output intents, such as, for instance, your social media channels, in-store LCD panels, data-driven circulars, posters and danglers.

In addition, a single design system can be endlessly resized to accommodate your use cases and content demands. Add a language and be amazed by the power of our AI Resizing capability across all layouts and output intents.

So unlike other template-based solutions in the market, you will not need many design systems to produce all assets required for a multichannel, multiproduct, multicountry campaign. An additional benefit of our approach is, that you'll have far fewer templates to manage.

A Smart Layout renders a variant of the design system it belongs to. It can be configured to produce a print, digital, or animated asset—such as a print ad, web banner, or animated digital out-of-home advertisement. Smart Layouts can inherit design decisions from a higher-level layout or be controlled individually.

In a data-driven setup, a single Smart Layout can be localized and personalized by connecting a data source. Running a batch process outputs multiple variants from that one layout. A design system can hold up to 250 Smart Layouts, each capable of rendering endless asset variants.

A render is a rendition of a design system, producing a single asset, for instance a print-ready PDF, an animation, or a jpeg file. We aligned the number of renders included in your package to the volumes we observe in our client environments. We will not interrupt your service at any time when you exceed your render quota.

If you need a higher number of renders included in your package, these can be added to your current package for €0,10 per additional render.

With GraFx Experience, you create, publish and manage Experience Portals: branded front-ends for end-users. A brand portal, dealer enablement portal, franchise marketing portal, et cetera. In an Experience Portal, you can expose design systems to end-users, like local marketing teams, store teams, business users, basically anyone you grant access. Without any design skills or CHILI GraFx knowledge, they can adjust, generate and download or order visual brand assets based on what's available in your design systems.

No catch. We want you to serve as many end-users as possible, whether they're employees, dealers, franchisees, local marketing teams—anyone who needs to execute on-brand, can engage CHILI GraFx and get it done.

Our Extension Framework for GraFx Experience allows you to expose content and services from other platforms in your Experience Portals.

A native extension to GraFx Experience is an extension developed by CHILI publish. Extensions developed by you or our partners will be referred to as "Third Party Extensions".

This extension allows users to create variations of AfterEffects files through GraFx Experience.

Advanced Video is available as an add-on for Advanced, Premium and Custom packages. It is not available for Essential.

The Connector Hub is a standard part of each package, from Esstential to Custom. Each active Connector will increase the value you get out of CHILI GraFx. There is no limit to the number of Connectors you can deploy as part of your package. If you need a connector that's not yet available on the Connector Hub, you can build a custom Connector. We even have a Claude skill available that will get it done in no-time.

It's any time you call in GraFx Genie to help you design, build and deploy your projects faster and more accurate, whether it's on Design Systems, smart layouts, Actions and Variables, Smart Crop—all things AI within the CHILI GraFx platform.

AI and storage are part of your package entitlements, and we do not plan to charge extra for these included services. We are of course monitoring your consumption, and if you have an outsized footprint on our cloud, storage and AI infrastructure, we will flag it up during business review meetings and discuss root causes.

We'll work with your teams to get you the value you signed up for, including configuration of the platform, connecting your DAM and other external systems, training your designers, working through the early feedback, and launch the first design systems and Experience Portal(s), all depending on the entitlements within your package.

We want your users to have a smooth and high quality experience within CHILI GraFx, not impacted in any way by a lack of bandwidth or less than great performance. Today, CHILI GraFx can scale elastically. If you submit multiple concurrent requests for renders, the infrastructure will automatically respond by spinning up more compute resources to ensure a smooth process, without time delays.
